What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the efficient running of the facility and its therapeutic programming
- Answer phones, direct inbound calls, and take messages
- Maintain organization in the front office and track supplies
- Prepare rooms for incoming residents and assist with meal preparation as needed
- Support residents in communicating with various agencies and accompany them to appointments if necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to model open communication and display caring and compassion
- Excellent in-person, phone, email, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of community services
- Valid Ohio Driver's License and ability to meet agency driving insurability requirements
- Must be able to meet agency requirements for a criminal background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
- Experience working in crisis intervention preferred
