What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage clients' Paid Social media efforts, including campaign planning, setup, QA, and optimization across multiple platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Foster strong client relationships and manage client communications, providing updates and addressing questions
- Collaborate with team members to complete day-to-day tasks and coordinate cross-functional projects
- Create new processes based on industry-leading best practices and optimize process inefficiencies for smoother workflows
- Use internal and external tools for daily tasks, including Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, and Workday
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of Paid Social advertising experience in an agency, ad tech company, trading desk, or client-side role
- Experience building Paid Social ad campaigns on at least two in-scope platforms: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Proven ability to develop and execute Paid Social strategy for at least two in-scope platforms with minimal guidance
- Proficient in extracting and interpreting insights from data sets using advanced Excel features
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly

- Conceptual understanding of the Digital Media landscape and the role of different platforms within the ecosystem
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify problems that inhibit success
- Proven ability to run effective meetings, including agenda-building and identification of action items
- Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, and test new ideas
- Strong organizational skills to balance personal work with team needs and priorities
