- Licensed by Arkansas Professional Board - Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- This position also assists in the daily functions of training on program policies and procedures. They will maintain a caseload of clients where they will provide assessments, prepare discharge summaries, participate in case staffing as requested, and conduct individual/family/group therapy as needed.
- The Social Work Supervisor provides direct supervision to therapists and social workers, coordinates monthly team meetings, assists in communicating updates to policies, and educational opportunities. Quarterly, the Social Work Supervisor will be responsible for a group supervision. The Social Work Supervisor completes 90-day and annual evaluations of their direct supervisees.
- This position requires the ability to interact and develop strong positive working relationships with a diverse group of professionals at all levels within the organization, and the outside community. The Social Work Supervisor will also assist in hiring, training, disciplining, and termination of non-faculty mental health professionals.
