- POSITION SUMMARY
- The Social Worker position is responsible for providing medical case management services in order to provide culturally competent care to patients at Unity Wellness Center.

- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work

Minimum Experience- One-year experience as a BSW working with clients to access services and resources.

Required Registration/License/Certification- Must have valid license with ASWBE
- Licensed by the state of AL within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Education -
Preferred Experience- Two to three years’ experience as a LBSW/MSW/LMSW working with clients to access services and resources.
