      Under general supervision of the Director of Social Work, the Team Lead will support the clinical expertise of the Case Management Department. Accountable for coordinating departmental activities including daily staffing, scheduling, and process workflow to ensure team members follow established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines. Arranges for staff coverage when indicated and provides coverage as necessary to patient needs. Provides side-by-side support, mentorship, and skill development to all team members. The team lead promotes collaboration among departmental disciplines and interdisciplinary partners. Identifies strengths and opportunities in clinical practice, capturing themes for process improvement to escalate to leadership. Strong problem-solving required for effective real-time intervention. Responsible for ensuring that all staff perform job functions in accordance with mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

      • Three (3) years of social work experience with one (1) year of experience in Case Management or two years in Emergency Management.
      • Master's Degree in Social Work required
      • LCSW required
