      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the end-to-end process of structuring, pricing, and negotiating new and renewal Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and volume buying programs
      - Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to articulate how EA structures align with customer business outcomes
      - Serve as the subject matter expert on all terms and financial models related to EAs and software programs
      - Ensure seamless transition from sales to post-sales/customer success teams, providing context on negotiated business drivers
      - Monitor customer consumption and usage metrics to ensure compliance and identify expansion opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Cyber Security, business development, sales, or program management focused on software licensing
      - Extensive experience in customer business outcomes and value-based selling
      - Proven ability to negotiate complex, multi-year contracts with large enterprise clients
      - Strong financial acumen and understanding of SaaS and perpetual licensing models
      - Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders

      - Experience in structuring and negotiating software contracts in a technology solutions environment
      - Familiarity with market conditions and competitor programs impacting software agreements
