What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and document existing applications and develop software requirements for a new DMV Application
- Manage software analysis projects and communicate requirements to IT and program staff
- Develop test scenarios and evaluate test results, ensuring software meets user and program requirements
- Liaise between DMV users and developers to facilitate communication and project success
- Create detailed procedural documentation for training purposes and participate in user acceptance testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 84 months experience working on Business Requirements projects
- 84 months experience as a Lead Analyst using recognized business process management methodologies
- 60 months experience in software analysis
- 48 months experience developing test plans for projects
- 12 months experience in OutSystems development and web accessibility standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 48 months experience facilitating multiple project teams to gather and document business process requirements
- 48 months experience with Flowchart/Diagramming software (Microsoft Visio)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with flexibility and adaptability
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 standards and accessibility testing techniques
