      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
      - Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to align with business strategies
      - Prepare detailed specifications for software programs and enhancements
      - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure application designs meet business requirements
      - Assist in all phases of software systems programming applications, evaluating new and existing software products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in business analysis
      - Proficiency in SQL, Java, JavaScript, and XML
      - Familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server concepts
      - U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract eligibility

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Use Case development and analysis
      - Experience with software testing processes
      - Advanced proficiency in MS Office products
      - Demonstrated competency in interviewing program stakeholders and documenting functional specifications
      - Self-starter with the ability to work independently on complex tasks
