      Job Description Summary:

      We are looking for an Intern Software Engineer to join our Austin, TX team to help us build the next-generation coffee robot. If you love software, robots, and coffee (not necessarily in that order!), then this is a great opportunity for you! You will be working with a growing team of hardware and software engineers to build control system software that drives the fully automated, robotic coffee house. This position will expose you to software, firmware, cloud and testing, and much much more. This position is requires a person to focus and deliver to help a larger team and business and will grow your knowledge of how real software is built and delivered.


      Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

      • Write code to automate tasks
      • Testing of the robot
      • Coding to solve problems on the robot
      • Code build system extensions
      • AWS cloud improvements for DevOps
      • Triage issues


      Education Requirements:

      • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2024.


      Related Work Experience:

      • Any projects or prior coding internships


      Functional Skills:

      • Code in Java, Python, C# or other language
      • Eager to learn new languages
      • Easily work with numerous people with solid communication skills
      • Ownership of delivery commitments
