Amazon’s mission is to be ‘Earth’s Most Customer-Centric Company’ and our team is an essential part of that mission. We enable Customer Service and other businesses with rigorous authentication of Customer Service Agents and retail customers to hold a high bar bar for securing access to customer data. This includes password-auth, token-based MFA, rules-based/fine-grained/contextual authorization, operations and governance systems. Our team lives in a multi-dimensional world of delivering for customers, addressing risks and continually making our products and experiences more secure.

We’re seeking Software Development Engineers to drive the next generation of authentication, solving problems for which there are no off-the-shelf solutions. In this role, you’ll be working with a group of strong engineers in pursuit of timely and secure authentication and authorization services on top of effective data sovereignty, compliance with regional privacy regulations, integration with a wide array of applications and services, and delivery of a fantastic customer experience.

We grow careers here — we look for every opportunity to get the correct work, complexity and challenges in front of team members so they can realize the growth they’re seeking.
