      Software Development Engineering – Advisor

      TITLE: Software Development Engineering – Advisor

      EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC

      LOCATION: Brookfield, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

      DUTIES: Collaborate with clients and business team members to understand business requirements, analyze the system to translate those complex business requirements into technical solutions, and prepare high-level functional and detailed technical design documents. Provide consultation and guidance to onshore and overseas offshore software professional team members during all phases of Software Development Life Cycle. Provide consultation to clients and business team members for various Customer Service Offerings including but not limited to FICO Behavior Scoring and Adaptive Control based analytics and decision Management products, Bureau Source, Datalink, Payment Defender, and PowerCurve applications. Manage process improvements, tools and automations, quality delivery and knowledge management initiatives. Identify system performance and tuning opportunities to improve system efficiency, develop a plan for execution, and manage the team for implementation.

      REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving software development and implementation of financial services products including Issuer and Payment processors. Prior experience must include: 7 years analyzing, developing, and deploying IBM mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, QSAM, REXX and CICS based applications; 7 years in FICO Behavior Scoring, FICO Adaptive Control, and Experian PowerCurve based analytics and decision management products; 5 years working with IBM IDz, Infoman, Endevor, Intertest, Clarity, ServicePoint and RTC; Waterfall and Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies; and Working with credit bureaus including Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax.

      TRAVEL: None.

      SALARY: $142,552 to $152,000 per year
