      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop high-quality software that delivers value to customers, including writing clean and well-documented code
      - Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, designers, and cross-functional teammates to prototype and deliver AI-powered workflows
      - Actively seek technical growth opportunities and take ownership of learning and growth
      - Communicate effectively in a remote-first environment, sharing progress and escalating blockers as needed
      - Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining the quality of code

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with web-based application development
      - Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
      - Experience with JavaScript frameworks, especially React
      - Familiarity with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP
      - Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Eagerness to learn AI-assisted development tools and practices
      - Familiarity with LLMs, data pipelines, or applied AI/ML concepts
      - Experience/familiarity with Python frameworks, especially Django
