What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build discovery, classification, monitoring, and protection for machine identities and their actions
- Create guardrails and policy engines for safe automation, preventing misuse and anomalous behavior
- Develop high-availability pipelines to ingest and correlate identity and behavioral signals
- Prototype quickly, test assumptions, learn from usage, and scale solutions
- Collaborate with security, platform, and data teams while participating in core software development lifecycle rituals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience building software applications
- Proven track record in productionizing large-scale, data-intensive systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in adopting and improving AI-native development workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Go and Python programming languages
- Familiarity with IAM, non-human/machine identities, and policy engines
- Background in cybersecurity or related industries
- Knowledge in big data, statistics, and machine learning for identity/behavioral risk modeling
