What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust solutions on the Stibo Platform
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to strategize and provide estimates for new initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments and technologies in MDM
- Apply knowledge to drive strategic initiatives and platform enhancements
- Ensure systems are proactively aligned with current and future needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
- Minimum of 5 years on the Stibo Platform or comparable experience on other MDM platforms
- Demonstrated capability to stay updated with the latest industry developments and technologies in MDM
- Proficient in Java, XML, XSLT, and SQL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other MDM platforms in addition to Stibo
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
