  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Train large-language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code across various programming languages
  - Compare and rank multiple code snippets, providing explanations for your evaluations
  - Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and stylistic improvements
  - Inject feedback into the reinforcement learning pipeline, ensuring its smooth operation
  - Collaborate in a low-oversight environment, thriving on asynchronous communication
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience in Rust
  - Strong instincts for code review, with the ability to quickly identify logic errors, performance traps, and security issues
  - Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
  - Willingness to read documentation and language specifications
  - Ability to thrive in an asynchronous work environment
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in constraint programming is a bonus, but not required
  - Prior knowledge of reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) or AI training experience is not necessary
  - Familiarity with deep machine learning concepts is a plus, though not mandatory
