What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality, scalable code, focusing on backend services using Node/NestJS and frontend experiences with React and TypeScript
- Develop reusable components and utilities for web and mobile applications
- Own the full software development lifecycle from problem definition to production support
- Collaborate with Product Managers and customers to understand user needs and gather feedback
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system reliability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in building complex web or mobile applications, ideally with TypeScript, React, and Node/NestJS
- Experience in developing, monitoring, and supporting services in production
- Strong understanding of service-specific integration testing and E2E testing
- Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Terraform) and best practices for deploying cloud-based applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Startup experience or founding your own venture
- Experience with trunk-based development and continuous deployment workflows
- Familiarity with first-principles thinking and innovative problem-solving
