      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform software support and development tasks, including analysis, design, and debugging of applications
      - Provide maintenance and support for existing applications and troubleshoot technical issues
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development
      - Conduct code testing to ensure compliance with implementation standards
      - Participate in technical initiatives and stay updated on emerging technologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
      - Experience in software development, including full cycle (design, coding, testing, and support)
      - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OpenStack), CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
      - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), Golang, or Java
      - Ability to manage workload effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a relevant quantitative field
      - Experience with web applications, REST APIs, microservices, and containers
      - Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Spark, and Hadoop
      - Familiarity with configuration management utilities (Chef, Salt, Ansible) and container deployment solutions (Docker, Kubernetes)
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
