Job Description

Collaborate with the technical lead to thoroughly understand technical and functional requirements and translate them into effective implementations.
Implement, manage and tune changes to the product that operate within the time tracking/project management environment.
Be attentive and responsive to customer requirements and assist in offering alternative solutions when needed.
Stay updated with product releases and enhancements.
Develop software within Deltek-Replicon's software development process, adhering to established expectations and quality standards.
Take initiative to improve technical and development skills continually.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of web development technologies with practical, hands-on experience using the React framework.
2+ years of professional software development experience, specializing in React and Node.js.
Hands-on experience in implementing data fetching and caching strategies in React. (Preferably with Apollo Client)
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis skills.
Familiarity with TDD practices and hands-on experience using unit testing frameworks such as React Testing Library, Jest, or Enzyme.
Strong familiarity with Git (basic and intermediate concepts, resolving merge conflicts).
Working knowledge of SQL queries.
Experience using a project management tool (e.g., Jira) is an asset.
Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS technologies or .NET framework (C#)
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine, or similar tools to:
- Accelerate coding tasks
- Enhance code quality and readability
- Aid in debugging and testing
- Support documentation and code reviews
- Understanding of how to responsibly use AI tools, including prompt engineering and reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy and quality.
