- Salary range: Associate Software Engineer - up to $85,000; Software Engineer - up to $105,000; Senior Software Engineer - up to $135,000, depending on experience

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the development and architecture of software solutions for the employer and partners
- Troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions for digital solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for programs and systems
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams to create project plans and technical specifications
- Mentor and provide support to other software engineers in programming design and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of at least one programming language: C# (ASP.NET Core), Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Understanding of databases and experience writing SQL queries
- Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, and common JavaScript frameworks
- Ability to read and understand complex computer system documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of credit union products, services, rules, regulations, and policies
- Demonstrated leadership in a software development subdomain or departmental expertise
- Expert knowledge of department programming languages and conventions
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, especially in AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with project management concepts and tools
