What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply practical Security principles and AI-native workflows to effectively deliver technical solutions
- Lead and deliver impactful enhancements for the Data Security team, ensuring compliance with Security & Privacy standards
- Design and implement customer data governance solutions that prioritize Security and Privacy by design
- Reconcile Platform and Security & Privacy requirements to build a secure platform for global engineering teams
- Actively mentor and support the growth of junior team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong Computer Science and programming fundamentals
- Experience with system design and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in Golang and Python programming languages
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Authentication & Authorization and Data Security & Privacy best practices
- Understanding of distributed computing, CAP theorem, and system design trade-offs
- Ability to differentiate must-have versus nice-to-have Security and Privacy requirements
