What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions using specialized knowledge and skills
- Analyze and select appropriate technology solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure
- Write and implement efficient code adhering to compliance and security standards
- Conduct code reviews and ensure acceptance criteria are met for development tasks
- Collaborate within an agile environment with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and UX designers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, with strong coding skills in .NET and Microsoft technology stack
- Hands-on experience with Azure services and lifecycle management using Azure DevOps
- Substantial experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including App Service and API Management
- Strong debugging skills and a customer service focus with a collaborative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the FinTech industry
- Familiarity with messaging systems (RabbitMQ) and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular)
- Experience with code productivity and diagnostic tools (ReSharper, CodeRush, Splunk)
- IAM familiarity and secure software development practices
