  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Build, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software solutions across the full stack
  - Own features end-to-end and contribute to team planning and sprint execution
  - Implement scalable APIs, data pipelines, and UI components using React (front-end) and Java (back-end)
  - Participate in system design and architectural discussions, focusing on reliability and performance
  - Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and enhance user experiences
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development
  - Full-stack development experience with proficiency in React and JavaScript
  - Experience with cloud-native architecture and CI/CD pipelines
  - Understanding of distributed or asynchronous systems
  - Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working with databases and APIs
  - Professional experience with Java or an equivalent back-end language
  - Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
  - Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
