      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and drive adoption of processes and tools for production alerting and incident response sitewide
      - Evangelize and implement strategies for faster discovery and resolution of production incidents
      - Measure reliability metrics such as MTTD, MTTR, and availability, holding teams accountable for microservice metrics
      - Collaborate with teams to eliminate architectural weaknesses or anti-patterns in systems
      - Participate in on-call shifts a few times a year, contributing to overall site reliability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience with full-stack web application development
      - Strong collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
      - Experience navigating uncertainty and identifying pragmatic implementation options
      - Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and domains
      - Familiarity with public cloud services, preferably AWS

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of monitoring and observability technology, particularly OpenTelemetry
      - Experience working with hybrid teams across different locations
