What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, engineering, or math-related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of work experience as an IT professional
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Cloud (AWS), and traditional on-prem Java applications/frameworks
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, Dynamo DB, CloudFront)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Development (Apex/Experience Cloud)
- Exposure to SOQL/SQL
- Demonstrated ownership and pride in work
- Strong initiative and curiosity to learn
