What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain technical processes that span multiple technologies and database structures
- Communicate effectively with business and tech leads to ensure alignment across technical and business processes
- Organize, plan, lead, and execute large-scale technical projects and upgrades
- Create, modify, test, debug, document, and maintain complex applications programs
- Act as a lead to junior Software Engineers, providing training and mentoring

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or a related field
- 8+ years of combined experience in software and data engineering
- Proficiency in VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git-based repository management
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce.com with other platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Salesforce Developer preferred; certifications in Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud are preferred
- Knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing and Copado CI/CD solution
