What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and deploy core features for the bookings funnel, enhancing the customer journey from request to post-booking follow-up
- Lead front-end (React, Next.js) and back-end (GraphQL, Postgres) development with a focus on performance and architecture
- Improve application performance and reliability throughout the booking notification lifecycle
- Build a next-generation post-booking architecture with improved API design and component structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes swiftly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of advanced front-end engineering experience, including knowledge of component architecture and performance optimization
- 3+ years of back-end experience with Postgres and GraphQL, including the ability to write performant SQL queries
- Proven capability to design scalable and maintainable architectures while balancing speed and code health
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in high-growth logistics tech or booking funnels, particularly with customer follow-up workflows
- Previous experience scaling systems for enterprise-level clients
- Familiarity with building and deploying shared component libraries
