What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with team members to support applications during and outside business hours
- Research and resolve issues and service requests efficiently, proposing solutions as needed
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
- Design and develop technical solutions across various environments, enhancing throughput
- Lead features through the full software deployment lifecycle, including integration and support phases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in software development
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Familiarity with tools and programming languages specified by Development Managers
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Fundamentals, including design and testing processes
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and onboard new Software Engineers
