  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Plan, design, and implement software that meets quality, performance, and maintainability criteria
  - Develop, maintain, enhance, and refactor products towards Digital Twin Enablement
  - Research, evaluate, and explore new technologies as needed
  - Develop unit, integration, and system tests to ensure code quality
  - Contribute as a member of a focused, multi-disciplinary, self-organizing team
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3 to 7+ years of experience designing and implementing high-quality software
  - Experience working with .NET/.NET Core and/or C++
  - Solid understanding of programming concepts such as OOP, SOLID, design, and architectural patterns
  - Experience with testing and mocking frameworks such as nUnit/xUnit/moq/gtest/gmock/fakeit
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio, git, and Azure Pipelines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - BSc in Computer Science
  - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable working relationships
  - Experience with TypeScript and React/Node.js is a plus
  - Experience in the Plant industry would be ideal
