What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product managers to design and implement advertising products
- Work closely with platform and data teams to build new features
- Lead initiatives to improve operational stability, including code quality and data visualizations
- Build extensible components aligned with product objectives
- Manage day-to-day project tasks, including updates, timelines, and execution oversight
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages (Java, Scala, Go, C++, Python)
- Ability to take complete ownership of a feature or project
- Strong coding skills and a passion for software development
- Excellent independent learning abilities
- Coachable and eager to grow within the role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the advertising domain
- Understanding of customer needs within the advertising business
- Familiarity with microservices and APIs in a high-scale environment
