Your role
You will be a member of Group HR Technology within the Group Operations & Technology Office (GOTO), which is simplifying and digitizing our HR application landscape along our technology strategy. Together with your colleagues you will be focusing on providing and building Human Resources-related solutions to provide the best candidate & employee experience throughout the whole lifecycle.
We’re looking for a Software Engineer to:
• design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our internal clients and employees.
• apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment.
• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
• continuously up-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mindYour team
You’ll be working in an agile and autonomous team in Group HR Technology in Pune with the option to work from home for up to two days per week.

You have:
• high proficiency and 4+ years of development and technical experience in serviceNow with HRSD domain. Knowledge of Javascript.
• strong experience in user centric design / UX design
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ATF.
You hold a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent. You are a strong communicator, fluent in English, from making presentations to technical writing.About us
