What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop web-based research solutions for national and international customers
- Develop large content management systems and database systems
- Design, develop, and execute tests in multiple phases of the software development cycle
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs
- Investigate system operational issues and perform root cause analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong desire to learn new technologies
- Strong problem analysis, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
- Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical users
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in software development or related field
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Machine Learning (ML)
