What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop moderately complex code using front and/or back-end programming languages for software solutions
- Analyze existing applications and formulate logic for new applications, including flowcharting and debugging
- Participate in client-facing meetings and vendor partnership discussions to determine solution approaches
- Provide guidance on the design and enforcement of application standards to ensure compliance and data accuracy
- Assist with on-the-job training and offer expertise to software engineers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data
- Advanced knowledge of two or more front/back-end languages and experience with APIs and databases
- Familiarity with DDL and DML for databases such as Oracle and MySQL
- Proficiency in back-end technologies including .NET and Java, as well as front-end technologies like HTML and JavaScript
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data
- Experience with IBM Rational Tools
