Lead and manage a hybrid team of native (iOS/Android) and web frontend engineers across key product initiatives.
Work with engineers and stakeholders to understand backend architecture, support cross-platform integration, and deliver cohesive user experiences.
Establish clear communication channels with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure alignment and transparency.
Collaborate with engineers on system design and implementation strategies that meet performance, scalability, and maintainability goals.
Mentor and coach engineers at all levels through feedback, growth planning, and performance reviews.
Champion engineering excellence, modern development practices, and quality-focused delivery.
Take an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and building a diverse and inclusive engineering team.
5+ years of hands-on experience in native mobile development (Swift and/or Kotlin), with additional knowledge of frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend systems considered a strong advantage for cross-functional collaboration and system-level understanding.
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams, driving delivery, and supporting career growth.
Proven experience working within Agile development frameworks and release management processes.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align technical efforts with business goals and cross-functional teams.
A track record of solving complex technical problems while fostering a healthy team culture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Experience working in environments that value high code quality, testing practices, and system observability.
A product-focused mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving are strong advantages.
