What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all engineering aspects of integrations at the employer
- Balance internal and external requirements for integration projects
- Foster team cohesion and morale while ensuring high-level delivery from developers
- Build scalable and maintainable integrations using embedded iPaaS solutions
- Manage a customer-facing API, including feature enhancements and architecture updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- iPaaS experience with systems such as Make, Mulesoft, Workato, Boomi, or Zapier
- Proven experience as a people manager and technical lead on projects
- Proficiency in NodeJS and Typescript
- Strong SQL skills (MySQL/MariaDB) and attention to detail
