      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership, mentorship, and management for multiple software engineering teams
      - Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, offering constructive feedback and support

      - Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of software engineering experience or 1+ years in software engineering management
      - Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) fundamentals and processes
      - Practical experience with automated testing tools, particularly for unit testing
      - Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
