      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design systems that support urgent investigations where timely responses are critical
      - Solve complex technical challenges in distributed systems and performance optimization
      - Mentor and guide engineers to elevate their performance and deliver high-quality work
      - Shape responsible and effective use of AI in product and engineering practices
      - Influence cross-team decisions and modernize engineering practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of professional software development experience, including backend (C# or similar) and frontend (JavaScript/React or similar)
      - 2+ years of management experience with familiarity in Agile/Scrum practices
      - 4+ years of experience in delivering SaaS solutions to production
      - Strong architectural skills in distributed systems, API design, and secure system design
      - Excellent mentorship and leadership skills with the ability to guide senior developers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Argo)
      - Familiarity with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
      - Experience building secure systems in high-security or regulated environments
      - Understanding of AI systems, including LLM architectures and token generation
      - Experience with domain-driven design and modular architecture
