What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of 28-30 clients, primarily software engineering and applications leaders from Fortune 100-500 organizations
- Deliver value through briefings, workshops, webinars, and attendance at relevant events
- Utilize expertise to coach and mentor clients on software engineering initiatives and challenges
- Align member initiatives with overall objectives of CIOs to ensure focus on high-priority projects
- Drive member retention and renewal of subscription-based services through strategic partnership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University graduate (Master's preferred)
- 20+ years of software engineering leadership experience, including management of enterprise applications
- Previous direct reporting to a CIO in a senior software engineering role
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with experience mentoring senior executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading large-scale ERP programs and digital transformation initiatives
- Background in management consulting
- Familiarity with modern enterprise application lifecycle management approaches
- Knowledge of Agile, Dev Ops, and Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience in building digital platforms and transforming solution delivery
