What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack product features and services using modern software engineering practices
- Build and maintain cloud-native services and microservices in AWS and Azure
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful software solutions
- Participate in incident response and system resilience improvement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, product development, cloud engineering, DevOps, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or TypeScript
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a remote team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms like Datadog or ELK
- Exposure to secure development practices in regulated environments
- Prior experience supporting government health IT systems
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks or full-stack web stacks
