  Responsibilities
  • Discussing potential projects and their parameters with internal clients, executives, and software developers.
  • Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
  • Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
  • Providing continuous updates of the schedule including Gantt charts,
  • Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
  • Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
  • Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
  
  Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and software development.
  • Experience with MS Project and Waterfall required.
  • Experience with Jira and it's planning tools is required.
  • Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
  • Excellent technical knowledge.
  • Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

  At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $50/hr and $86/hr and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
