What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document user and client feedback; develop project issues
- Collaborate with project leads to develop C++ library features and Python bindings based on system requirements and user/client feedback
- Create functions, methods, and tests to support C++ feature development
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug C++/Python software and systems
- Participate in regular code reviews and maintain/improve software CI/CD pipelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3 to 10 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in C++, Python, CMake, Matlab, and Fortran
- Functional understanding of C++17/20 and modern CMake build systems
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee eligible for required authorizations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated significant personal projects, such as a GitHub portfolio, for developers with fewer than 3 years of professional experience
