      We are looking for a Software QA Engineer to participate in the secure design, building, and testing of software products through the use of systematic tests. They should contribute to the design and build of test frameworks and utilities needed to make test automation easier.

      They will be encouraged to develop, modify, and execute software design plans, automated scripts and programs for quality assurance. They will play an integral part in the CI/CD pipeline, helping to define quality gates, and ensure quality at every stage.

      They would need to work closely with product managers and the development teams in giving the feedback on software requirements, planning the design execution, and resolving problems. They'll be expected to analyze, contribute to and write quality standards and procedures, as well as analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective actions, and to provide risk assessment of product functionality.

      You will be creating and delivering automation test strategies/solutions and frameworks to meet project requirements and provide support to the test lead.


      Key Skills:
      • Practical experience in QA testing activities
      • Experience in Automated Testing techniques
      • Exposure to systems such as qTest or similar.
      • Experience with Java, Python etc.
      • Experience with BrowserStack or similar tools
      • Experience with SOAP and REST based web services, JSON/XML
      • Competent in delivering functional as well as non-functional test plan documentation.
      • Experience of test analysis and design


      Responsibilities:
      • Ensure the reliability and quality of the CPaaS Products and Technology driving them.
      • Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our products.
      • Collaborate closely with our development and product teams to identify testing requirements and integrate testing into the development process.
