      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of IT management solutions within the enterprise market
      - Identify, develop, and close business opportunities following a structured sales process
      - Develop and implement targeted account plans in collaboration with account and regional managers
      - Coordinate effectively with pre-sales, contracts, and post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Conduct 15–20 customer meetings per week to maintain engagement and foster client relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of successful experience selling complex software solutions or IT-related products
      - Proven track record in driving sales growth in the enterprise market
      - Willingness to travel as needed
      - Strong understanding of strategic sales processes
      - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management product lines
      - Familiarity with IT management software and solutions
      - Previous experience in a sales role within the technology industry
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
