What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in hospital labs and health systems through various outreach methods
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
- Deliver customized product demonstrations based on client needs and strategic priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients for ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed on industry trends and represent the employer at trade shows and industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in healthcare or analytics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree required; focus in healthcare, business, or technology preferred
