- Proactively identify and generate leads within the assigned region through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultations tailored to prospective clients' business needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in small to mid-sized businesses.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas by closing deals with prospective clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of ATS OnDemand's software, its features, and its competitive advantages.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products, with a focus on Applicant Tracking, Human Resources, or Payroll platforms.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
- 3+ years of proven success in software sales, preferably in SaaS, Human Resources, Applicant Tracking, or Payroll platforms.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of HR technology, hiring processes, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, aggressive, and goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of leads in the designated region.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
