What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers through targeted outreach and calls
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and advancing them through the sales cycle
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customer organizations
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity metrics and sales quotas set by management
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to position the company as a leader in the field
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software or technology fields
- Must reside in the assigned territory or be willing to relocate within 6 months of employment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed sales goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically NetSuite
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage internal resources effectively and work under time-sensitive deadlines
- Experience in developing innovative techniques and strategies for securing new accounts
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory for relationship building and events
