Providing a wide range of technical support services for existing customers via telephone and digital media as well as on-site support
Carrying out product training courses
Writing and translating technical support articles and product manuals
Creating, updating and translating training materials (incl. eLearning content)
Working closely with the marketing and sales departments and the customer experience team
Continuous further development of Trimble software solutions (primarily Tekla Structures and Trimble Connect) and exchange with the product development departments
Structural technician, civil engineer, university graduate or comparable degree with knowledge of steel construction or solid construction
Very good computer skills (3D modeling or other CAD experience)
Experience in the use of Tekla Structures is desirable
Fluent in written and spoken German, good knowledge of English
Self-motivated, pro-active and customer-oriented team player with a positive attitude to a changing environment
You have a pleasant, friendly voice and a clear, good way of expressing yourself
You enjoy talking on the phone, are communicative and keep calm even in turbulent times

Technical Support Specialist - 3D CAD, design and construction software
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist - 3D CAD, Design and Construction Software (m/f/d) for the Raunheim (near Frankfurt/M.), Stuttgart or Bonn site at the earliest possible date.
