Your Role
As a member of the IoT CRT Development team, your responsibilities include resolving customer incidents, bugs, and improvements in IoT products supported by the IoT CRT team. Interact with TS, PM, TPM, QA, and NPD teams to clarify issues and resolve them quickly to meet SLA.

Your Team
Be a member of the IoT CRT dev team. This team supports and fixes customer issues in IoT Product
Your Day-to-Day
Interact with TS, TPM and PM to reproduce customer issues, understand the working of any functionality, prioritize bugs, incidents, improvements, fix issues and submit issues. This role requires getting in conversations with customers along with TS to reproduce issues or provide solutions.
