      Software Support Technician

      REMOTE/HYBRID, UK TEAM PERMANENT

      Henry Schein One provides a multitude of services in the dental sector. With Henry Schein one we work with two dental practice management systems; EXACT (Software of Excellence) which is server based and Dentally which provides cloud based online dental practice management software that helps thousands of dental practices and professionals.

      How you’ll make an impact

      You will be on the team which has one of the highest interactions with our customers on a daily basis, essentially being the voice of our company to many of our users. We are looking for someone who can empathetically work with practices ensuring they are getting full value out of the software and answering their queries in a professional but friendly manner. You will be able to solve complex support issues, using your knowledge and curiosity to explore queries where there may be no defined answer.

      What you'll do

      • Troubleshoot queries and questions from customers
      • Coach users on best practice workflows within the software
      • Empower users to adopt a self-serve approach; giving them the tools and knowledge to succeed
      • Seek solutions to challenging questions where there is no defined answer
      • Draw logical conclusions based on your knowledge and the information you are presented with in
      • Take full ownership of your inbox, seeking support when needed
      • Contribute to the future direction of the support team
      • Be our customers voice on internal stakeholder meetings
