What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the development, management, and delivery of soil health upskilling materials
- Identify specific soil health information needs across business units and regions
- Integrate new scientific findings in soil health into internal and external programs
- Develop and communicate soil health science for various audiences
- Lead program coordination and planning for outreach efforts with local organizations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- MS preferred or a combination of education and experience
- Minimum 4 years outreach and/or teaching experience related to soil health
- Fundamental understanding of soil health and agronomy topics
- Experience in educational content development and management
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in soil science, agronomy, or related field
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and communication strategies
- Previous experience working with agronomists, farmers, and scientists
