What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in recruiting for utility scale or C&I solar EPC positions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of legal issues related to global recruiting activities
- Experience with contract law and restrictive covenants
- Previous experience in solar energy industry
